Welcome Parent Educator, Stacy Lake, to Haywood County Parents as Teachers

The Region A Partnership for Children (RAPC) Blue Ribbon Parents as Teachers Affiliate serving Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon, and Swain Counties, and the Qualla Boundary wishes to welcome a new addition to our Haywood County staff.

Stacy Lake, will be serving children and families in Haywood County as a full-time Parents as Teachers Parent Educator alongside Jennifer Smith, Parent Educator, Haywood County Parents as Teachers. Please join us in welcoming her to our Haywood County community.

For more than 25 years, RAPC has served the children (pre-natal to age 5) and families of Haywood County as a partner in the Smart Start network.

What is Parents as Teachers?
