Caregiver Connections

Family Support Network Caregiver Connections is a support group for caregivers raising a child with special needs. Whether those needs are physical, behavioral, or medical, this group is available to support foster, adoptive or kinship families. 

This month, we will discuss applying for Medicaid. Together we will look at how to apply, required documents, and the application process.

 

Join In-person or virtually. RSVP is required 1 day prior to group meeting indicating if attending in person or virtually to jmiller@rapc.org. Link to join virtually will be sent after RSVP is received.
